Deadline for paper submission: ~~until 28 of February 2023.~~ until 13 of March 23.

Deadline for student paper submission: ~~until 5 of March 2023.~~ until 13 of March 23.

Deadline for registration: until start day of the Conference.

Deadline for payments for participation and publications: until 15 of March 2023. This is a deadline for payments for paricipation, not for the publication. After this date fees will be increased, as described in Conference fee.

Before registering for the conference please read rules for the processing of personal data

please register separately for each conference participant (according to the instructions in the registration form)

submitting a speech/paper is considered as the registration only for the person indicated in the registration form as primary contact

other co-authors of the submitted speech/paper are not automatically registered as conference participants

if co-authors not indicated as primary contact plan to attend the conference, they should register separately, without re-entering the speech/paper data submitted by primary contact

Registration of participants and sending of abstracts and publications takes place via the system Microsoft CMT.

Conference fee

Payment until 15 of March 2023:

First and second cycle students: 1999 PLN

Other participants: 2100 PLN

First and second cycle students (partial: from Tuesday to Wednesday (inclusive) with dinner and competition participation): 700 PLN

Remote participation: 200 PLN

Accompanying person: 1900 PLN

Competition

Władysław Bogusz Student Competition

The competition is open to first and second cycle students who take up the subject of acoustic and biomedical engineering.

In order to enter the competition, you must register an abstract in Polish and English and a full article (from 4 to 8 pages), in Polish, without exceeding the deadlines set in the Important dates section. Information will be published soon.

Articles (in pdf, doc, docx or tex format) should be sent using the registration system available on the conference website.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel the competition in the event of a small number of applications.
